Our Agile Leadership course emphasises on leadership skills that will help you lead to your organization towards success, and become an ICAgile Certified Leader for Leading with Agility (ICP-LEA).
During this highly interactive ICAgile-Certified coaching course, you will learn that the nature of leadership has changed. The longstanding top-down, directive leadership style is not successful in the current, adaptive work environment. These environments require a paradigm shift in leaders and their understanding of what constitutes effective leadership.
The master class focuses on developing adaptive and agile leaders in their leadership style. This is where leaders learn to lead themselves first and create an environment that will allow agility to thrive. Leading with Agility certification is valuable to anyone wishing to learn about the paradigm shifts necessary to lead in adaptive environments and develop relevant leadership capabilities.

Topics Covered
The course follows the official ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Leadership (ICP-LEA) learning outcomes. During the two days, you will have ample opportunities to experience the following topics, and connect them to your work.

Prerequisites
There are no conditional pre-requisites for this training program. This is an intermediate level course, and participants should have some work experience in at least one agile framework.
