All Coaching Sessions must be attended within 365 days from the booking date. Agilityzer reserves the right to cancel and issue a full refund or reschedule coaching sessions to ensure the best quality of service. The policies below apply to all bookings.
14-Day Cancellation:
Clients can cancel coaching sessions for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the session is not scheduled to start within the next 14 days and they have not accessed the pre-work for the session.
After 14-Days:
Clients can cancel coaching sessions for a refund 15 days or more before the booked session date, excluding bank transaction charges. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within the last 14 days.
Rescheduling:
Clients can reschedule coaching sessions 8 days or more before the agreed-upon session date without any charges, with a $50 rescheduling fee per session in the last 7 days.
No-Show:
In case of a no-show, no refund will be provided for in-person coaching sessions. Virtual coaching sessions can be rescheduled by paying an additional charge of $100 per session.
