Our Enterprise Coach course is designed to equip you with the capabilities required to thrive in a continuous state of change by adapting quickly at both strategic and operational level, and participants become an ICAgile Certified Enterprise Coach (ICP-ENT).
During this highly interactive ICAgile-Certified coaching course, you will learn about the intricacies of organisational design, business process and improvement, and coaching across the organisation, providing learners with the knowledge and tools to catalyse the adaptation and transformation of business agility. You will also gain the understanding and skills required to meaningfully use Systems and Complexity theory and Ethical considerations.
This course is ideal for those with experience in business and management consulting, program and change management, and complex adaptive systems. It is perfect for people who want to expand their skill set and help organisations create a culture of resilience, flexibility, and freedom to meet their goals and achieve their purpose no matter what the future brings.
Throughout the course, you will be introduced to various models and tools and develop a deep understanding of leading change in complex and ambiguous situations. You will come away from our training with hands-on capabilities to support the development and evolution of organisational agility thanks to the highly interactive, ‘do it now’ training format.

Prerequisites
There are no conditional pre-requisites for this training program. This is an intermediate level course, and participants should have some work experience in at least one agile framework.
