Our Transformation Coach course is designed to equip you with the capabilities required to thrive in a continuous state of change by adapting quickly, and participants become an ICAgile Certified Transformation Coach (ICP-CAT).
During this highly interactive ICAgile-Certified coaching course, you will learn to catalyse the adaptation and transformation of business agility within an organisation at an enterprise level. You will also gain the understanding and skills required to create a safe environment for meaningful collaboration with different leadership styles, organisational culture, and change processes using coaching techniques.
Throughout the course, you will be introduced to various models and tools and develop a deep understanding of coaching, advising, and supporting leaders through complex and ambiguous situations. You will come away from our training with hands-on capabilities to support the development and evolution of organisational agility thanks to the highly interactive, ‘do it now’ training format.

Prerequisites
There are no conditional pre-requisites for this training program. This is an intermediate level course, and participants should have some work experience in at least one agile framework.
