Cancellation Policy:
Training courses can be cancelled 15 days or more before the training date for a refund excluding bank transaction charges, with no refund in the last 14 days.
Rescheduling:
Training courses can be rescheduled 8 days or more before the training date without any charges, with a $200 rescheduling cost in the last 7 days.
No-Show:
Refunds will not be provided in case of a no-show, and training can be arranged again by paying a $400 no-show cost.
