Description
The Certified Scrum Product Owner course is an interactive two-day training course. It allows delegates to explore the Scrum framework in detail. It covers the Scrum principles and practices, team roles, ceremonies and artifacts involved in a Scrum project, allowing delegates to be successful Scrum Masters or take part actively in a Scrum team.
Scrum is a simple yet incredibly powerful set of principles and practices that help teams deliver products in short cycles, enabling fast feedback, continual improvement, and rapid adaptation to change. As the leading agile framework, Scrum has predominantly been used for product development, but it is also proving to be effective in efforts far beyond.
